6 Week Challenge will get you full access and unlimited access to all our classes that we run as well as our programming. You will have meal plans or macros set to your goals weekly as well as weekly measurements and check ins with your coach. You also get full access to our infrared sauna. This challenge starts October 6th

Unity Online will give you access to all of our 6 programs that we run here at Unity. Unity Performance (CrossFit), Unity SWEAT, Unity FBA (Bodybuilding), Unity HIIT, Unity Lift ( Olympic Lifting), United (Partnered Workouts).

With this membership you will also get to send your technique videos through to our coaching team so we can look over and give back tips and feedback to make sure you are still doing things correctly. If you had any questions about the programs or workouts too, this communication will allow you let as know any questions you may have.
